Deposit to incryptus via Bank Transfer
Since 11.11.2022 the system is open for deposits via bank transfer (SEPA).
IMPORTANT: Other deposit options such as credit card or cryptocurrencies will be activated for use in the near future. For this purpose, the information and dates will be communicated in due time.
After logging into the personal customer area, the dashboard is displayed. In the left area there is the possibility to make various selections. Select the “Funds” area here
Next, a map opens (see picture) with further selection options
Here you need to select the “Deposit / Deposit” section
Now the page opens on which the information for a SEPA transfer can be found.
With these account details of incryptus Exchange, money can now be sent to your own account via bank transfer.
Important: Enter the following information in the reason for transfer
- Last name, first name

Where do I find my ID ?
After logging into the personal customer area, the dashboard is displayed. In the left area there is the possibility to make different selections.

Here you have to select the area “Settings”.
My personal data is displayed in this area. In this example, the number 5 is the ID that must be entered in the reason for transfer so that incryptus can clearly assign the incoming payment.

KYC = Know Your Customer
Why do I have to do this?
incryptus Exchange is required by law to document the identity of each customer by verifying an identification document and proof of address.
This ensures that we meet all legal requirements as an EU-regulated crypto company. At the same time, it is also important to ensure that we have recorded your personal account data correctly and that any misuse of your personal data by third parties is excluded.
You may already know this KYC procedure from your bank (KYC is English and stands for “Know Your Customer”). In order to meet and comply with these guidelines, we require an official identification document and proof of address, which must not be older than 3 months.
In order for us to successfully complete the joint KYC process and verification as quickly as possible, please check the documents for legibility before sending them ideally.
What documents serve as proof ?
As identification documents we can accept:
- Passport
- identity card
- driver’s license
- ID Card
Note: Please make sure that the document is clearly scanned / photographed. is taken.
The following proof of address will be accepted:
- Electricity bill
- gas bill
- telephone bill
- Internet bill
- Registration certificate
- Waste fees or other fee notice

Where do I upload my documents ?
After logging into the personal customer area, the dashboard is displayed. In the left area there is the possibility to make different selections. Here the area “Select “Profiles or Profile

Here the area “Verification” must be selected.
This area now shows that the account is in level 0 and has no permissions yet.
To be able to upload the documents now, please click on the field “Next step” or on German “Nächster Schritt” click
Now the page opens on which the individual documents can be uploaded
For “Passport” please upload the identification document, e.g. identity card or passport.
As identity documents we can accept
- Passport
- identity card
- driver’s license
- ID Card
Note: Please make sure that the document is clearly scanned / photographed.
For “Proof of Address” please upload the proof of address.
The following proof of address will be accepted:
- Electricity bill – Gas bill
- Telephone bill – Internet bill
- Waste fees or other fee notice
Please make sure that your name and address are clearly visible on the documents.

When both documents have been successfully uploaded, the “Send” button is activated and the documents for the KYC process can be sent to incryptus Exchange for processing by clicking on “Send”.
After successful verification, incryptus Exchange will send an email confirming that the KYC process has been successfully completed.
If the documents are not legible, the support team will contact you by email with further questions.
PLEASE NOTE ! The processing of the verification may take a few days due to the high volume. Thank you for your understanding!
This simple KYC process activates the account at “Level 1”. Deposits via bank transfer and the purchase of available cryptocurrencies is possible from now on.
IMPORTANT - PLEASE NOTE
At this stage, no further steps are necessary for a proper KYC!
As soon as further products or services are available for which further verification and/or proof must be provided, this will be communicated accordingly.
Until then, the KYC – Process Level 1 is sufficient and completed.
